And anybody who says that Hyderabad's IT development took by itself with no contribution from CBN is not being honest. But as of today within Andhra, considering the pre-requisite for an IT SEZ and other infrastructure set ups, IT going to Vijaywada or Tirupati is difficult. In the future of course it can. GP :)
