i'm not a doctor bhaiyya .... jus deeni gurinchi long time ago chadiva so anduke link ichanu ... actually our bodies have a biological clock , if you firmly decide abt waking up at 6AM every morning u tend to wake up at the exact same time without even having to use an alarm , subconscious ga nuvvu ah time alaa avthundi ani fix aipoyav anuko mind lo , so, obviously adey time lo avthadi ...
