Delhi Metro: 2Nd Best In Customer Satisfaction

NEW DELHI:  The Delhi Metro has been ranked the second best among 18 international Metro systems in terms of customer satisfaction, an official statement said on Sunday.

 
According to a survey by the Global Metro Benchmarking Groups NOVA and CoMET, the Delhi Metro, the London Docklands Light Railway and Bangkok were the best three performers.
 
"The survey was conducted as per the European Norm 13816, a standard established to evaluate the quality of services provided by public transport companies," said the statement.
