afrnds Posted September 28, 2014 Report Posted September 28, 2014 Vijayawada: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu in his address at the inauguration of the Doordarshan Saptagiri Channel today clarified over the new capital saying that a Mega City would be built linking Vijayawada, Guntur, Mangalagiri and Tenali. In addition to that he clarified that everything else from henceforth would be initiated from Vijayawada. The CM talked about his government's schemes from 'Gandhi Jayanti’ day including pension increment scheme (from Rs 200 to Rs 1000) and said a major campaign would kickstart from October 2nd which he termed “Swachh Andhra Pradesh” and said that it would add more power to Modi’s ‘Swachh Bharat’ campaign. The Chief Minister also said he would follow the suit of our Prime Minister’s campaign of ‘Make in India’ and said he would rename it ‘Made in Andhra Pradesh’ which he believed would bolster the industrialization across the various regions of Andhra.
