LOL..Trai has already sold spectrum and Licenses in Auction and there is NO chance for any new player ..including Indian or AP government to enter ..and the private players who arleady bought licenses for thousands of crores are not fools !

What AP government has to do with it and why all yellow supporters need to blow horns and whistles as though it is unique to AP or anything to do with CBN ?? Even if CBN or KCR does not want it..reliance will provide 4G services ..cos it is why they bought licenses for ! Hope this helps !

What CBN is trying is to streamline the process of giving faster approvals for digging up the roads for laying of cables !
