As Employer has right to interview employee before offering job, employee should also have a right to interview employer. 2. As Employer has right to disqaulify or award employee as unfit for any task, employee should also have a right to disqualify or award employer as unfit when they can't answer employee question. 3. As Employer reserve right to check backround of employee about his/her work ethics, prior employers background should also be checked along with employee to understand how they treat employee 4. As Employer rates each employee on there work, each employee should also have a right to rate employer 5. As Employer has right to fire employee for some reason, employee should also have right to fire employer if proven guilty 6. Equal benefits should apply to both employers and employees 7.
