worstandhra Posted October 1, 2014 Report Posted October 1, 2014 Ee Babu gaadiki pichi, paithyam peaks loki vellipoyinattunnayi. Inko 5 years lo chadastam kuda start avvuddhi. Appudud asalu AP lo prajalandhariki nene Thandrini ni ani cheppetattunnadu. Babu, keep aside your Yellow media for a while and think about practical implementations. The IT Industry was at its peak during 1999-2001. Bangalore was already saturated by that time. During that time the IT Companies did not have enough space in major cities like Bangalore,Chennai & Delhi NCR region. So there was enough room for Hyderabad to accommodate and Hyd did absorb a considerable chunk of investments. And then after 2001, the IT started to move to Tier-2 cities like Pune, Nagpur, Coimbatore, Cochin, Ooty, Mysore, Kolkata (of course a Metro) and finally to Vizag. After nearly a Decade, except Pune and Cochin to an extent, no other City did make any progress. Situation in Vizag is the worst - IBM shutdown, most other companies converted their Development Centers into Call Centers. What exactly is the problem with Tier-2 cities? As per my understanding, its all about the Resources. Employees will not usually prefer to do High-tech jobs in small cities. Why? Because when they have set up family and have children, it will be impossible for them to change company or get another job in case the current one is lost. IT Company ki kaavalasindhi tourist spots kaadhu, honeymoon locations kaadhu, buildings kaadhu, CM meetings kaadhu - kaavalasindhi Resources. Ee pichi Thuqlaq Babu ki ee vishayaani evaru chebutaaro?
