1.in case deny athie attorney we have wait 6 months and reapply annadu..so aa 6 months time waste danikana consultancy tho athie komcham immediate ga cheya vachu ga anni...

ur extension shud be ok... but i guess u cannot transfer ur h1 since u dont have an active perm or i-140.....
