The Saddula Bathukamma celebrations have reached sky high across the state of Telangana and the Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao is witnessing the celebrations at tank bund. MP Kavita while playing Bathukamma told that the joy of celebrating the Bathukamma festival after state formation is on par with the celebration of Independence and clarified that the gigantic celebrations are unveiling the cultural spirit of Telangana to the world .

The Chief Minister of Telangana K Chandrasekhar Rao along with his family members graced the Bathukamma celebrations which are being conducted on a grand scale at the Tank Bund . The Government which announced Bathukamma as a state festival ensured that the colourful and cultural spirit of the festival is alive and facilitated that people to take part in this festival with a free soul and spirit after the formation of Telangana .
