No other option except wire transfer from Indian bank.

I did it 2months back thru HDFC(India) to BOA(US).

I dont know the max limit but nenu $2000(rs126000) chesa and he deducted rs1000 from my account.

konni forms fill cheyali and u hav to mention the purpose.

funds got transferred in seconds(It was ecstatic).

urgent means use wire transfer....many banks in india do that....i dont think u can rely on private remittance services from india to usa
