If nenu india h1 stamping ki velli reject avte .. Us ki f1 medha ravacha because I have my i20 and valid f1 visa and active sevis... Please let me know guys

upendra_super Posted October 2, 2014 Report Posted October 2, 2014 COS deny aithe currently neku opt extension eppati varaku valid vundho appati varaku u can work. then stamping ki velalisindhe. return ravadaniki sevis active vunna neku status vundali kadha I mean if u go in opt period out of US vachetapudu i20 tho patu valid EAD (OPT) card vuntene allow chestharu kadha.

Currently I'm on CPT , I have valid i20 it has expiry date in 2016 and f1 visa stamping untill aug2015... If I go for h1 stamping in November, if it gets rejected. Am o eligible to enter usa on f1 coz my cos is denied and I'm now in f1 even it is oct 1st. Guys help anu clue
