so u can't untill u get mail  from u r employer regarding  u r perm is approved/RFE/denied , if u r employer have gud rapoo ask him for send ETA form, once u get the ETA 9089 form, u 'll able to see the ETA case  number bottom of the form, it's like T-14275-XXXXX
