Tvu H1B Stamping Second Time

I was on CPT with TVU and then applied for h1b after the shutdown. Got h1b approved without COS. Reentered the country and after a while changed jobs. Now I plan to go for second h1b stamping. First time I got a 221 g which was cleared in 40 days. Should i be concerned about TVU coming up again? Is there anyone who went for second time stamping?

Jamaica,canada or india?
