Cricket was played in the T20 format during the games, and while it doesn't have any official recognition from the apex body, International Cricket Council (ICC), winning a medal in Asia's biggest sporting event is always considered a proud moment. BCCI's decision not to send teams has now received flak from the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA), which has slammed India's richest sporting body for treating the sport as just another business venture. "They have not sent the team for the second time to the Games.
