H1B Amendment Question

naa h1b oct 1 na start ayindhi .. kakapothe nenu client location maranu ...so employer amendment apply chestha annadu

 

naa question entante naa present model from Oct 1: Employer -> Vendor (which is employer sister company/did not file my h1b) -> Prime Vendor -> Client

 

maa employer EVVC model lo amendment apply chedham antunnadu .. nenu inko 3 months lo stamping veldam anukuntunnanu ... do we have any issues with EVVC model ?

 

Prime vendor is ready to remove the sister company and work directly with my employer .. but work order lo start date and end date usual ga vundadhu from prime vendor ... so work order lo dates important aa apart from vendor and client letters ? (maa employer gaadu sister company vunte at least 3 yrs work order agreement cheyochu antunnadu from sister to main company)

 

pls help  and give suggestions ..

stamping ki velle time lo layer ni tisesthe .. malli existing h1 lo changes (amendment) eam akarledha bhayya ..?
