J&K after independence princely state ga undindi and pakisthan tried to occupy it , the prince of J&K then came and asked for indias help , sardar patel put a condition saying that we'll help only if it joins the indian republic , to which he agreed on certain terms ... article 370 ani okati form chesaru granting J&K special rights , but pakisthan has been claiming kashmir as its own land citing the concentration of muslims in that region as the reason , so since then tug of war nadusthundi ...... article 370 is ridiculous by todays laws , daanni etheyyali ani govt trying eppati nunchi .. for example look at some of the points under article 370 but the main reason y india doesnt want to give up J&K to pakisthan is because of its geographical prominence , J&K kanuka PAK lo kalisipothe , Pakisthan and china ki direct access untadi ... and india ki thats a very big threat ... so there is no way that india will give up that under any circumstances , ee article 370 ni cancel chesi total ga indian territory kinda marcheskovali ani full ga trying .... last 10yrs kanuka NDA govt undi untey definite ga cancel chesetollu .... but ee congress gallu vallu vachi motham kampu chesaru as usual

They share land border and after the partition immediately, they had border issues. And we also had with China. Nehru even proposed to Pak to come together and resolve those issues with China. But Pak rejected that offer and let their land go to China. And you may have already known that..they even gave some of our land that they have grabbed to China.
