KukkaSekharaGajji Posted October 5, 2014 Report Posted October 5, 2014 Hello people I need to decide by am tomorrow which offer to take up. both are behind me one is with a top notch(may be no 1) consulting firm and is contract to hire position working on their product.all hi wif other one..privately held small company - this is contracting position I am on GC and wifey works full time- so benefits are not of much use perm eppudu work cheyyaledu..daaniki vellipodaama ani thinking even though its about 40k less than contracting wages any suggestions? PS: EE tech lo experience ledu..so big consulting firm ante konchem bhayam.. hows work in chinna companies?micro manage chesthaara?

Nuvuu cheeppinaadaani batti naaku telisi emi diff ledhuu. What u are missing in 401k u are earning in other job. Micromanagement tokka tollu light, money kavallii antee anthee vuntayii .. Kavalli antee after few years contribute max % to 401k
