case 1: out of country velli undakapote , you wll still get h1 for the remainder of ur initial h1 ( 6 - (how many years you worked on h1 previously))

 

case 2: out of country velli 1 year undi malli return vachi unte, you can get h1 for 6 years ( however only 3 years will be granted at a time)

Case 1 is wrong of yours...out of country nen 2 times velli vacchi previous h1 vadukunna...like remaining years of old h1...
