Bang Bang Crosses Rs 100 Crore Mark In India

Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif's action romance Bang Bang has raced into the Rs 100 crore club in less than five days.

Bang Bang that marketed itself as a complete family entertainer has smashed multiple box-office records already and has now made it to the coveted Rs 100 crore club. Directed by Siddharth Anand and produced by Fox Star Studios, the film achieved this feat in the first half of its fifth day at the theatres.

The film's director, Siddharth Anand says, "I'm delighted. It's a massive achievement for all of us. It's amazing that Bang Bang is being loved by people, especially the family audience. It is a complete masala movie and we made it with the intention to entertain everyone. I make movies for people to enjoy, to forget about the stress that is a part of the mundane lives we live. It is a full paisa vasool film and the audience is loving it."
