16 Acres Land Recovered From Ap Film Development Corporation

హైదరాబాద్ లో నిరుపయోగంగా ఉన్న ఎపి చలనచిత్రాబివృద్ది సంస్థకు చెందిన భూమిని తిరిగి స్వాధీనం చేసుకోవాలని తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం నిర్ణయించింది. ఈ మేరకు ఉత్తర్వులు ఇచ్చింది.ఫిల్మ్ డెవలప్ మెంట్ కార్పొరేషన్ అదీనంలో సుమారు 16.4 ఎకరాల భూమి నిరుపయోగంగా ఉన్నట్లు ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించింది.దానిని ఆ సంస్థకు గతంలో కేటాయిస్తూ ఇచ్చిన ఉత్తర్వులను ప్రభుత్వం రద్దు చేసింది.

హైదరాబాద్ నగరంలో లక్షల కోట్ల విలువైన భూమి కబ్జాకు గురి అయిందని కొద్ది రోజుల క్రితం ముఖ్యమంత్రి కెసిఆర్ వ్యాఖ్యానించారు. ఆ భూములను తిరిగి స్వాధీనం చేసుకుంటే,ఎన్ని అభివృద్ది పనులు అయినా చేపట్టవచ్చని ఆయన బావిస్తున్నారు. ఇప్పుడు బంజారా హిల్స్ లో స్వాధీనం చేసుకున్న భూమి విలువ కోట్లలో ఉంటుందని వేరే చెప్పనవసరం లేదు.
