H1 Visa Doubt

Actually my f1 visa has been cancelled due to some problems in chicago in march this year,so can i apply h1 for next year??

will it be a problem???

f1 cancelled with prejudice vesaru due to univerity problem but after i tried for visa again but they gave 214b.....that y i am trying to apply h1 next year...

2 yrs back ma friend okadu deported from chicago airport for nakili resume. ee year H1 try sesadu and got RFE and is still pending. RIte now jobbing in Banglore...

means u r case doesn't satisfy your not trying too immigrant, so u have to show strong ties with u r home country.
