At last this huge revenue will be into the state!!

And the most deserving place and highest revenue generating division in south india is being made the headquarters!!! :)

zone lo vundevalluku.....orissa is separate zone anukunta...idea ledhu

Advantages:

 

Money from India's 3rd highest revenue generating railway division, Vizag, will be used to develop railway infrastructure within AP and not Orissa only as was allegedly happening earlier

 

Vizag port will now more effectively compete with Pradip, as goods trains and railway carriages will be made available to the port and cargo will not lie around in the port. So Vizag's revenue from ports will also increase because of this efficiency

 

Lots of trains diverted from Vizag towards Duvvada and extended up until Orissa. Now passengers will slowly but surely their due preference in terms of seats and reservations

 

There are so many route electrification projects, platform height raising projects that are to be carried upon. Hopefully now with a separate railway zone, these things will be worked upon

revenue wise 6500cr vizag and 3500cr vja anta but traffic(no of trains/cargo) wise vja was leading way ahead of vizag ani article chusa....
