This posting is not intended to stir up immigration reform controversy at this point of time. It is rather intended to remind them of real crisis in employment-based immigration system. The State Department released its November 2014 Visa Bulletin yesterday which says "no immigrant visas to highly skilled talent Indians and their spouses and children not only in November 2014 but also most likely throughout FY 2015" unless they started the green card journey before February 15, 2005." Yes, you read it right - February 15, 2005! The simple language is a backlog of almost "10" years!!
