prassanna Posted October 11, 2014 Report Posted October 11, 2014 L1B meeda GC chese rojulu poyayi,even on L1A now a days HR are not willing to apply GC in EB1 category You have to provide lot of supporting documentation like organisation structure and where do you fit in that and how many levels below you are managing.You have to also show your sub ordinates pay and their education qualification you have worked in managerial category at least one year outside US
