Firstly shit happens bhayya

okka vela if process about code change is already in place then aa developer ni konchem mandalinchi next time follow process ani cheppu

If no process in place then come up with a process and explain to the team and as a lead make sure they adhere to it

Skipping the process first time is a mistake
Skipping it second time might be an oversight
Skipping it again is a habit

first thing you have to understand is you dont own the code even if you write it.. you might have developed module and if another developer is assigned he will change .. no one can say i own this .. but the second developer should have good reason and be able to support why he is doing it and whose authority he is doing it (approval from a manager)
