ZuniorVentiyar Posted October 11, 2014 Report Posted October 11, 2014 assalu high court kuda veedini light thsukuntundhi gaaa ...... papam ABN News Source : NTV ఆంద్రజ్యోతి టివీ చానల్ ప్రసారాల నిలుపుదల కేసులో తాము జోక్యం చేసుకోలేమని హైకోర్టు పేర్కొనడం ఆ సంస్థకు ఇబ్బందిగా మారవచ్చు. హైకోర్టులో ఏదైనా పరిష్కారం దొరుకుతుందా అని ఆశించిన వారికి ఆశాభంగం కలిగింది.ఈ మేరకు ఇంతకుముందు హైకోర్టు సింగిల్ జడ్జి ఇచ్చిన ఉత్తర్వులను డివిజన్ బెంచ్ సమర్థించింది. ప్రభుత్వంతో సంబంధం లేని వ్యక్తులకు రిట్ ద్వారా ఆదేశాలు జారీ చేయడం సాధ్యం కాదని స్పష్టం చేసింది.కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్లతో ఏమైనా ఇబ్బందులు ఉంటే సివిల్ కోర్టును ఆశ్రయించి ఉత్తర్వులు పొందవచ్చునని హైకోర్టు తెలిపింది. కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్లు తమ టీవీ చానల్ ప్రసారాలను అక్రమంగా నిలిపివేశారని అంటూ సంస్థ యాజమాన్యం కోర్టుకు వెళ్లినా ఉపశమనం లబించలేదు.కేబుల్ ఆపరేటర్లు ఇలా టీవీ ప్రసారాలను ఆపడం మంచిది కాదు. కాని ఇప్పుడు హైకోర్టు ఈ ఉత్తర్వులు ఇవ్వడం వారి వాదనకు బలం చేకూర్చినట్లయింది.
