Demonstrations held against AP CM, farmers arrested - Sakshi

    The AP State government cancelling the mining lease to Saraswati Power and Industries Limited in Guntur district has irked the people hailing from Tangeda, Vemavaram and Chennayapalem villages in Guntur district as it has made the farmers to face the problems as their livelihood has been affected. The farmers from the Guntur district have come to Hyderabad and raised their strong concerns against AP CM Chandrababu at Lake view guest house and demanded justice.Police force swung into action and arrested the farmers.
It is to be mentioned that Saraswati Power and Industries Limited is a firm in which opposition leader Y.S. Jaganmohan Reddy reportedly has stakes
