Naaku monna idde problem...Kinda padukunna oka 3 days lo no pain...No bed carpet meeda oka bedsheet veskoni paduko...Tagipotundi or else contact a physician.

physiotherapy ki veltha vadu konni exercises chepthadu bhai ... avi cheste konchem relief untadi .. one week chesaka kuda inka em difference ledu ante go for MRI scan of full spine ... andulo disc slip enta ayindi anedi telisipotundi ..based on that follow the doctor's suggestion.. 

 

medicine is just for painkillers anthe.. do therapy on regular basis .. try to avoid sleeping on bed except it is some tempurpedic type .. loosing weight helps a lot  .. potta taggisthe inka best .. office la pakka oka 30mins ki okasari lechi oka 2 mins ayina walk chesi ra .. go for water etc .....

straight back medaa paduko rest for 3 days .... ibuprofne daily 3 times tesuko... koniii exercises chie....may be you have put on some weight, lot of travel last few days ?, or office la sitting position is not good....

I had this problem this year... I would suggest an exercise... lay down on ur back flat...rise ur legs such that ur knees are at 90degrees  and place a pillow between ur knees and press it with ur knees with as much pressure as possible....repeat this few sets a day....

Icy Hot spray kottu... lite ga massage chesuko... pillow lekunda utha nela or straight suface meedha paduko... bath ki mundu bengay apply chesi hot water pain unna place lo padela chusuko... ila oka 2-3days chei max thaggidi lekapothe consult doctor.... cric or volleyball or office lo sariana position lo kurchokapothe naku ila pain vachedi.. ee vidham ga chesthe max 2days lo thaggedi...
