100% BONUS FOR INFY EMPLOYEES

The CEO of Infosys, Vishal Sikka on Friday has reportedly announced that the company is handing out 100 per cent bonus for all of its employees, a step which is expected to boost the morale of its 1.65 lakh workforce.

Infosys CFO Rajiv Bansal said the company would be now giving 100 per cent bonus which comes after a very long time. Analysts are of the opinion that such a move is aimed at controlling a record-high attrition that is happening at Infosys.

In the September quarter, the attrition levels reportedly rose to 20.1 per cent from 19.5 per cent in the quarter ending June which implies that atleast one employee had left the company every day during the quarter. Infosys has resorted to wage hikes, promotions, and reduction of uncertainty on take-home salaries for controlling attrition

100% True. I also really hate to the core. Duradrushtam mana place ni maname thittukune paristhithi. Shame on our indian companies who screwup their own talents.
