I am on OPT. My OPT period started in July 2014. I have few employment related questions.

 

1. My employer want me to travel to Japan to the headquarters for training purpose for 6 months to 1 year. Can I stay out of united states for more than 6 months while on my OPT (Paycheck will be issued by Houston office).

 

2. if I can't make it to USA before July 2015 when my one year OPT ends, Can I apply for my OPT extension while I am outside the country.

3. Re- entry : If I am on OPT and outside the country and my employer applies for H1B visa and it gets picked and approved. Can I enter the country after April 2015 and before Oct 2015 if I have a valid OPT and F1 visa.
if No, how many days before I should get back into United states before applying H1B.
if Yes, What happens to my H1B status. Do I my employer have to reapply for my H1B status and I have to go through lottery process again ?

in case April 2015 lo H1 apply chesi adi approve ayyindi anuko..

 

ur frend can still work and can be in Japan with houston Pay checks...he will be under CAP_GAP period..

 

kaani US ki ravali malli ante H1 stamping veskon ravali adi better...in Oct-15...

 

ur friend will not be out of status man..
