Hi All, nenu next mth hyderabad lo h1 stamping lo podamani anukuntunna.....nenu last may 2009 lo india vellanu......5 yrs nunchi vellaledu......i heard from one of my frd that ekkuva kalam india vellakapothe potential immigrant kinda consider chesi negative ayye chance undani, how far it is true? naa daggara anni docs unnayi related my job. Plz advice me if any one is in similar situation who went to India after long time for h1b stamping

Actually happened to my frnd.. he went to india after 6 years and he was on university h1b visa still he got 220g..

He has to stay norw than 6months then got approval.. he lost his job here by that time.. now he is in india doing business..

H1B is a dual intent visa.. i.e u can have both non immigrant/immigrant intent....
