Peter123 Posted October 14, 2014 Report Posted October 14, 2014 1, No idea 2. vonage (1st 6 months 19.99 per month + tax unlimited talk to india ) or allvoi (around 25$) , buy one landline phone for 10$ in amazon, connect to wifi and use thats it,,,,just tell them how to dial from landline and they can make calls even when you are not around
