Three days after the cyclone had left behind its marks of destruction in Visakhapatnam, the storm has stopped and sun has started shining. Cyclone relief teams from other districts have been sent to Vizag, vizianagaram and srikakulam. Some VROs, who have reached Visakha yesterday to assess the damage and provide relief, are facing difficulties themselves. They don't have proper shelter, food or water. They are cooking food for themselves as they have brought food stuff along with them. Proper duties and responsibilities have not yet been allotted to them by officials.
