Many consultancies do it..there is NO fee or a petetion is required..just get a offer letter and send the passport to border Post with documents..

You can just mention non-IT Job description related to candidates qualifications in offer letter to get vsa without any hassles

If you know any consultancy who can do this please can you forward me the details,Because i am in canada and i approached  few consultancies ,but i didnt get proper response/feedback (in my scenario).

No..you just need offer letter and VISA is stamped for 3 years when you show the offer letter at port of entry or can send the offer ltter with passport to port of entry/border post for stamp on your visa if you are already in USA.I think only few listed professionals are eligible for TN visa.It can be renewed indefintely every three years

Yeah, sorry, I meant to say that..you dont have to go to embassy to get the visa. You can get  it directly at the port of entry. But I thought that you need that offer letter to be approved by USCIS. May be, I was wrong. It can be renewed indefinitely, but I read from some forums that they will stop extending after 9th year or if they think that the candidate is using the visa to stay in the u.s for life long using that visa. May be not in all the cases.
