Bangalore And Mysore Power Companies Helping Restore Power In Vizag

Bescom employees who often fail to respond to our calls have now lined up to help Hudhud cyclone-affected areas of Andhra Pradesh. 

The city's power distribution company has sent 122 linemen, 17 engineers, one senior engineer, 200 transformers and 15 lorries for restoration work in the neighbouring state.

 

The power distribution company of Mysore will send 25 linemen and 32 transformers while the Gulbarga company will send 160 transformers and Hubli 30 transformers. In all, 150 linemen and engineers and 400 transformers from the state are heading for Andhra Pradesh to restore power lines there.
