He shout at BSNL head or at Modi instead ! BTW private operators have spent millions for license fee and infrastructure..they will be the one running up to restore the service faster and not lose further ..and when there are dozen operators ,every one will want to rush to beat each other !! Situation normal ga unnappudu dabbulu 10gadam ledha?
