Dear Friends,

 

As today will be my Last working day with XXXXX  and would like to remind few people who have been real good support building my confidence level especially in TSG.

 

24th June joined in XXXXX and still remember Ajay who selected me along with other 10 colleagues. Soon after which moved into the Customized batch and hardly could enjoy anything in the Bridge.

However, post LTO my very first call would be on August 07th . I would really like to thank Usha who has been my first Mentor followed by Jiyah.

The best trainer I have ever witnessed and would ever get to meet (Abhishek) . Proud to be trained by you Abhi. All the best for your future and get well soon.

 

As days passed by got good hold of the process, this is when my direct Manager Mony recognized my hard work and helped me achieve a bronze reward. After couple of months moved from calls to OP team.

The real game started since then :p . I would convey my sincere thanks to Ankit who is not with us anymore in TSG. Who has helped me with the review

of how OP team works. I have been told that there would be pro’s and con’s. Got to learn many things especially the day I made sure to work hard and secure an EE, was probably a day that started with a defect ;) . But never got bullied, as my Manager always had trust in my Hard work.

But one thing that really I feel to be changed would be the level of sarcasm and humiliations. If this can be controlled then people would really appreciate and enjoy working with the OP team. As worked with the OP team seen all the faces and true colors of people. Learnt one thing surviving there “Either Nut up or Shut up.” I would also like to thank few people who barged my cases beyond my expectation. Truly understandable that the case should be barged the way it should be not like a Vengeance. It hurts when a person is cornered for no reason. Work for yourself not for the company because no one ever knows when the company would get tired of you and terminate.

 

Gonna miss all my batch mates, Jacinth, Jude and Christopher ( Your suffix and prefix starting with ‘F’. Above all would definitely miss Quddus, Kambar, NR, Akhil (ticklesh) and YVS for his iPhone doubts. You can still ping me on watsapp for iPhone issues :p  and sure no one else from the Web. Also would miss the Morning shift batch people. Glad met you people.

 

I would seriously thank my Manager (Mony) from whom I have learned how to be people’s man and his brain speak a lot rather than his words. Also taught me how smart work fetches more than Hard work. However, would really appreciate if Ajay would be little polite with his speech. It not only irritates but also makes an agent get frustrated for no reason. Also take time to understand people’s concern.

Thank you Deepthi, and also apologies if any of my words ever hurt you. All the best for your future projects and don’t ever forget to invite me for your wedding.

Guru Bhai, How would I ever miss to mention your name. You made me forget that there was Aux – 7  allotted to an agent for 4 months. LOL

This is definitely not a complaint Email but my experience with TSG.

Last but not least Process perspective I really love the process and wish I would have continued here. However, “when things are not right around you either try to change the environment or you walk out.”

Hope I haven’t missed out anyone if so, just ignore it.
