The AP Government has released a GO formulating the guidelines for eligibility of the fee reimbursement. As per these fresh guidelines of AP, only the students whose family income is below 2 lakhs are eligible for the reimbursement and that too the BC,SC and ST are the only sections that could avail this Government's facility. Another important aspect of this GO is the Telangana students who comes under AP nativity are also eligible for the fee reimbursement.

విద్యార్థుల ఫీజు రీయింబర్స్ మెంటుకు సంబంధించి ఏపీ ప్రభుత్వం విధివిధానాలు ఖరారు చేసింది. వాటి వివరాలు... 

* ఆర్టికల్ 371(డి) ప్రకారమే స్థానికతను నిర్ధారిస్తారు. 
* వరుసగా నాలుగేళ్లపాటు ఎక్కడ చదివితే అక్కడి స్థానికతనే గుర్తిస్తారు. దీని ప్రకారం... ఆంధ్రలో స్థానికత ఉన్న తెలంగాణ విద్యార్థులకు, తెలంగాణలో స్థానికత ఉన్న ఆంధ్ర విద్యార్థులకు బోధనా రుసుమును చెల్లిస్తారు. 
* వార్షిక ఆదాయం రూ. 2 లక్షల కంటే తక్కువ ఉన్న బీసీ, ఎస్సీ, ఎస్టీ విద్యార్థులకే ఈ పథకం వర్తిస్తుంది. 
* విద్యార్థులకు, వారి తల్లిదండ్రులకు ఆధార్ నంబర్ తప్పని సరిగా ఉండాలి.
