okay, why upper middle class people move out of cities and into suburbs?

 

in both the US and India.. and a lit bit in the UK. okay Australia, Canada too.. basically any english white speaking country along with India.

 

Is this the new caste system, where the super rich live in cities, alongside the poor, and the middle class people live in big houses outside the cities.

 

The middle class waste their entire life to drive to and from work, lol. 

 

San Jose and suburbs around San Francisco seem to have escaped this curse, only with help from clueless lazy idiots among the rich who thought anything they touch may turn into gold.

 

Is california's model of bunch of suburbs the way to go? or the Singapore model of cities?

 

I personally prefer middle class to stay inside the city. I think a huge tax on car owners, and on gas will stop middle class ruining cities to create enclaves for themselves.

 

Okay, my biggest problem with enclaves outside the cities are - they are just a poorer extension of little richie richs inside the cities. Hardly productive - most of the times. and a huge burden on taxpayers, with their heavy federal borrowing to stay afloat.

 

The rich should stay outside the cities in huge mansions, and the middle class should know that their place inside it.

 

And the rich should lay their own roads from the cities to their little villages.
