question Driving License Extension In Ca, Please Help, Need Information

employer is not sure, when it would be filed, would be out of status in November, if he does not file extension

In California, DMV will extend Driving License, if we show proof that we have filed for h1 extension

Please help cheyyandi, I am not sure how it works out with the DMV
