They dint campaign on hindutva in loksabha. They had development agenda and also not be as corrupt as congress. They used best technology in electioneering and bjp is the largest cadre based party in india Modi/Amit Shah being politically savvy != BJP being politically savvy. Modi is a political genius, yeah. Whether that'll translate into administration remains to be seen.

Most of the money that comes as FDI, comes from money that flows out of India and comes through tax havens like Mauritius. If India cuts its corporate tax to 20% or even less, given our capital gains tax is also very less 15%, India doesn't even need FDI much. except in cases of technology transfers. are saying..that govt should give tax rebates for Corporations? how will that help?
