If I were to go by that..I am pretty sure Chidambaram could say something logical to every policy UPA has taken lafoot national media always jumps at such statements. it is unto viewers intelligence to study the matter and understand. but for that one needs to have some intelligence to understand the issue

Makes sense, because they can improve efficiency at lower cost - eg. mobiles, walmart, etc. lower corporate taxes helps because the money earned abroad will be remitted and reinvested back into corporations or be distributed as dividends. But low corporate taxes should exist with high taxes for high income earners. even to the extent of 70% for aholes like Ambani, Adani. So what govt loses in corporate taxes, can be made up with individual taxes. Anyway corporate taxes are not a big part of tax revenue of any govt on earth. So why not stop the farce and tax them less anyway, and save the small business owners from high taxes.
