Adani..who is vry close to him Trouble is, without taxing the rich, he can't achieve most of the things he promised. Japan will provide low interest credit to invest in infrastructure, but no one will give cash for improving education and medical facilities for the poor. Many of them who will benefit from Modi's rule will be the middle and upper middle class, unless he starts taxing them more.
