Credit Card Doubt

Suppose oka credit card lo if you have negative credit.(which mean you paid more than the credit line)

 

5000 CL aithe 5300 undhi ( credit due to some return of a purchase)

 

ippudu aa card close cheyyali anukunte ... aa CC company vaadu manaki aa  remaining credit isthada??

 

I know closing is not a good option but just wondering.

if you have a checkin/saving acct with the same bank  they might just credit that into that acct
