My friend is going back to india for good. he has no intensions of coming back to US. Infact he is going to resign his IT job and will be moving to business in Hyd. He has spent 6 years in USA.

 

Question is here what if he uses 60K balance of his credit cards and wont pay it. Is there a way US banks would trace him. He is also planning for another 20K personal loan too. Will there be any legal issues. Please help clarifying his questions if any one has come across similar situation.
