brothers nadhi h1b interview oct 30 jamaica lo vundhi.............

january,feb,march and april same pay rate($48) tho run ayenadhi......but pay different because of working hours difference in each month.

may and june lo  $52 pay rate tho run ayenadhi...

july and august payroll emo $6000 tho run chesadu...

 

LCA lo $65,000 ani mention chesadu...

 

my question is...why difference in each payroll antey emi chepali?

may and june lo ekuva pay vundhi and july ,august lo pay thaggindhi antey emi chepali?

 

ma employer gaadu one month hold chesi run chesthadu..like july pay ni sept 1st and august pay vachi oct 1st ki run chesthadu..

so ela manage cheyali?????????
