Ds-160 Question Doubt Urgent , Need Your Suggestions.

I graduated my masters in jan 2011. before that I took CPT in last semester for 3 months sep 15 to dec 31 2010. I took the offer letter but didnt worked on CPT, So not Paystubs nor W2s.

 

CPT - employer  xxxx

 

My OPT started from feb -2011 , H1 started from oct 2013. I have been working since my OPT to current with YYY emp.

 

MY question in DS-160.

 

1) Were you previously employed ?

yes/No

 

If yes i dont have paystubs nor w2 to prove , I just have offer letter and experience letter as unpaid intern.

 

 if No, if they ask, can we tell them I didnt worked I just took the training and after that i got job in new company.

 

Please suggest me guys....

if yes...then yes...u are previously employed. just opt period varaku maatram include chey ds 160 lo

 

nuvu anedhi enti antey cpt teeskunappdu maatram pay run kaledhu ani....so ee job details include cheyaku..

and tell them u pursued ur mba or watsover..and now hav job offer from ur employer

ala kadu bhayya , OPt worked with same employer. akkada who is ur current petitioner antey current dhe pedtham....from opt to till now , till now ante naku h1 2013 oct nunchi started , but question asked in ds-60
