land related link documents thesuko in the sense property elanti godavalu lekunda chusuko by taking EC from rego office... deni valla use enti ante nuvvu konnna tharvaatha vere vaadu i m also owner for this case veyakunda vundataniki...  so link documents pakka ga chusuko...

 

loans ayithe dont go for HDFC,ICICI,AXIS banks,,, go to govt banks like SBI,SBH, Andhra Bank, evi baguntaayi,, off course ee banks documents pakkaga vunte ne proceed avthaayi,  nuvvu kone property elanti godavalu lo lekunda vuntene better kadha... dobbulu echii maari dispute property enduku konadam

...thanks for the caution...about EC and linked documents and for loan I am inclined towards SBI ...

 

Vats...mayya beneficiary/power of attorney ma Dad peru pedithe....I think we need not be present phycially at the time of registration before registrarar...correstena...?

nenu LIC lo theeskunna loan .. for buying plot and constructing house in that plot .. its not a tedious process .. 

50 lakhs worth ki .. i took loan for 20 lakhs ..

already kattina illu from a private party konings...so em documents adugutharu bank valllu for loan giving...

evaru takkuva interest ki isthunnaru and no surprises...

visa copy (not sure)

 

make sure linked documents are clear....

nenu last year thisukunna... 70lakhs constructed house price, nenu 45lakhs loan thisukunna from ICICI

Try IDBI ...akada Creditscores chusi isthunaru chala banks ....ee bank okati bagundhi without related to credit score... isthunaru

NRI CHECKLIST:

 

LIST OF DOCUMENTS GENERALLY TO BE SUBMITTED ALONGWITH LOAN APPLICATION

 PERSONAL DOCUMENTS

1.Employment  contract duly attested by Embassy/notary.(If the contract is in a language other than English, the same has to be translated in to English and attested by the Employer/Embassy)

2.Latest salary slips/certificates for the past six months duly attested by the Embassy/Notary

3.Identity card issued by the current employer duly attested

4. Continuous discharge certificate(for merchant navy employees)

5.Latest work permit duly attested

6. Visa stamped on the passport duly attested

7.NRE bank account pass sheet for the last six months duly attested

8.Overseas Bank A/c Statement for the last six months reflecting salary credits duly attested

9. Biodata covering educational qualifications,age, job experience, nature of profession/business,etc.,  with necessary proof

10.Power of attorney in favour of local representative in India., duly attested by the Embassy /         notary, as applicable (format enclosed)

11. Credit report from credit rate agencies

12.  All the above documents are applicable for spouse also

13. Any other relevant document pertaining to your income/employment etc., if any

PROPERTY DOCUMENTS

A)       Ownership documents viz., sale agreement / sale deed

B)       Link documents of the property

C)       Encumbrance Certificate for the last 15 years

D)      Latest property tax receipt

E)       Approved plan / layout / licence

F)       Estimate incase of construction/renovation/repairs from any licenced engineer / architect

Valuation report from our panel valuer incase of purchase of property /takeover loans
