Ideas chaala mandiki untay , but success depends on the way u implement it , if u ask abt ur idea here , you'll obviously get incomplete responses from ppl ..... you wont know abt it unless u start working on it , hit avthundi anna gaurantee untey obviously evado okadu pettesthadu kada manakante first .... for example take google , adi start chesinappudu there were a lot of search engines and many people thought coming up with another search engine idea is just ridiculous , but they succeeded because they are the ones who did it right ... I can give u a 100 examples like that ..... startups are very hard , No one can say how big it can get unless u start working on it ... also the success rate is very low ( close to 3% ) for tech startups ...... also , Monster.com and naukri.com are pretty big in india , .... usually veetillo accounts companies create cheskuntay to post the postings , manager doesnt get to call shots on that ... oka sari candidate veetillo nunchi apply chesaka tarvatha backdoor lo manage cheskuntaru ...
