pythonic Posted October 24, 2014 Report Posted October 24, 2014 No u can't do that .... u have to take loan on u r own 401 but there side effect on taking loan on u r own 401 ... like the interest portion u don't get any tax benfits like other loans .... and one more ... for any reason if u leave the comapny ... u have to pay the totla 401loan amount in 60-90 days or u have to take the cash by paying penality adhi chala takkuva kada man...like 4% perc or sth...kani mana own money pedithe think like 24% perc interest kada... aa part biscuit...even mana own money aa or only non-vested company's contribution aa?
